Refund Policy

We want every student who works with ScholarScript to be satisfied with the support they receive. This page explains how cancellations, revisions and refund requests are handled.

Last updated: 1 January 2024

1. Revisions come first

If the work you receive does not follow the instructions agreed at the start, tell us before requesting a refund. In most cases we can correct the work quickly. Revision requests should relate to the original brief and be raised as soon as you notice the issue.

2. Cancelling an order

  • If you cancel before a tutor has started, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • If you cancel after work has started, we review how much work has been completed and refund the remaining unworked portion.
  • If work has been completed and delivered as agreed, a cancellation refund is not available, but revisions still are.

3. When a refund may be considered

  • We were unable to deliver the agreed work at all.
  • The delivered work materially failed to follow the agreed instructions and could not be corrected through revision.
  • You were charged twice for the same order in error.

4. When a refund is not available

  • The instructions, sources or deadline were changed after the work was completed.
  • The required instructions, files or rubric were not provided to us in time.
  • The request is based on a change of mind after the agreed work has been delivered.
  • The outcome depends on a grading decision made by your institution rather than on the work we agreed to deliver.

5. How to request a refund

Contact us by email at schloarscript@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +44 7795 859794 with your order details and a clear description of the problem. Please include the original instructions and the file you received so we can review the request properly.

6. Review and processing

We review each request individually and compare the delivered work against the scope agreed at the start. We aim to give you a decision within a few working days. Approved refunds are returned using the same method that was used for the original payment, and the time it takes to appear depends on that provider.

7. Partial refunds

Where only part of an order was affected, we may issue a partial refund covering that portion, or offer a credit towards future work if you prefer.

8. Talk to us first

Most concerns are resolved quickly by simply telling us what went wrong. Message us on WhatsApp and we will look into it straight away.
