2. Our services

We provide tutoring, academic guidance, APA formatting support, proofreading, file checking and model or sample material intended to be used as a learning and reference aid. Material we prepare is provided to help you understand a task, structure your own work and improve your academic skills.

3. Enquiries and orders

• An enquiry is not a confirmed order. Work begins only once we have agreed the scope, deadline and price with you.
• You are responsible for giving us accurate instructions, rubrics, files and deadlines at the start.
• If your requirements change after work begins, the scope, price and delivery time may need to be adjusted by agreement.

4. Deadlines and delivery

We agree a delivery date with you before starting and work to meet it. Delays caused by missing instructions, late materials, or unanswered questions may move the delivery date. If we anticipate a delay on our side, we will tell you as early as possible.

5. Revisions

If the delivered work does not follow the instructions agreed at the start, tell us and we will revise it. Revision requests should be sent promptly and should relate to the original brief. New requirements that were not part of the agreed scope are treated as new work.

6. Your responsibilities and acceptable use

• You confirm that you are permitted to seek the support you are requesting under your institution's rules.
• You agree to use our material responsibly, as a reference, study aid and learning resource.
• You agree not to misrepresent our guidance, resell our material, or use our services for any unlawful purpose.
• You are responsible for keeping your own copies of files you send and receive.

7. Communication

We communicate primarily by email and WhatsApp. Please keep the contact details you give us up to date, as delays in replying to our questions can affect delivery.

8. Intellectual property

The content, branding, layout and design of this website belong to ScholarScript and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Material we prepare for you is provided for your personal academic use.

9. Limitation of liability

We take care to provide accurate and useful academic support, but we cannot be held responsible for how our material is used, for decisions made by your institution, or for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services develop. The revision date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and the version published here at the time of your order is the version that applies.
